We at Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and responsible Client Service Representative to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks remotely for our clients.

What does a Veterinary Remote CSR do?

CSR responsibilities would include taking incoming calls, texts and emails to the veterinary business, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate client records.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the veterinary field, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to organize their work using online scheduling software, group texting, Zoom, and SLACK.

Ultimately, a successful CSR would ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations while keeping in continuous contact with the on-site CSR Manager.

Responsibilities: Answer the over-flow of incoming business phone calls, handle multiple phone calls at once, respond to the over flow of texts and emails, book appointments, and communicate with the practice through Slack.

Requirements:

· Ability to work full time

· High-speed internet to your home/office

· Veterinary experience

· Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant

· Access to a desktop/laptop computer with internet access

· Working knowledge of online software tools like Zoom, Slack

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

· High School diploma or equivalent

What you will need to get started:

· You must be able to pass a background verification check

· You must be at least 18 years or older

· MUST Reside in USA on EST.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $13.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Veterinary Client Services: 3 years (Required)
  • veterinary technician: 2 years (Preferred)
  • customer service: 3 years (Required)
