ABOUT WORKMONGER
WorkMonger is an online service that aims to transform the way organizations and find each other for non-teaching roles in the US education sector. WorkMonger provides a more personalized and expedited hiring process by using a combination of our advanced matching algorithm, technology, and personal expertise. WorkMonger exclusively supports the broader PreK-12 education sector in the United States, including school districts, charter schools, non-profits, technology companies, policy organizations, support organizations, and more.
QUALIFICATIONS
Primary Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- A high level of professionalism, customer service orientation and attention to detail required
- Comfort learning new technology products required; experience with GMASS strongly preferred
- Experience in the education sector preferred; Experience with Talent/Recruitment preferred

- The ability to manage a diverse workload, competing priorities and deadline sensitive projects
- A commitment to setting and meeting long-term short-term goals
- Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing and prioritizing using measurable outcomes

- Technical expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, cloud-based systems and database management

RESPONSIBILITIES
Data and Systems Management:
- Support a culture of productivity and accountability through tracking JobSeeker and Employer milestones
- Monitor hiring progress of our clients and relevant candidate data to measure success against hiring goals
- Work with team to evaluate JobSeeker and Employer data to improve the WorkMonger matching process and support the further development and refinement of the WorkMonger algorithm
- Support WorkMongers effort to refine our Employer and JobSeeker profile process
- Support WorkMongers software designers and developers to improve our technology matching platform
Communications and Customer Engagement:
- Manage the digital communication process for sharing job opportunities with JobSeekers and confirming their interest
- Engage JobSeekers during the matching process to ensure JobSeeker retention while working towards a hire
- Solicit feedback from JobSeekers and Employers to ensure we are providing high-quality service
- Support WorkMongers profile process to ensure it provides for the most enjoyable profile completion and maximizes JobSeeker sign-ups
WorkMonger Matching and Hiring:
- Support WorkMongers talent matching process to match our JobSeekers and our Employers for a variety of roles in the US education sector
- Review positions submitted by Employers to determine JobSeekers that match the role
- Work closely with the WorkMonger team to ensure that the talent being recruited for WorkMonger aligns with the roles that are being submitted to WorkMonger
- Support the hiring process for a portfolio of Employers from start to finish, beginning with sharing the positions with JobSeekers and the potential JobSeekers with Employers, and culminating with a successful hire of a WorkMonger candidate
Organizational Strategy:
- Serve as a thought partner in all parts of WorkMongers strategy
Additional Responsibilities:
WorkMonger is a young, scaling organization that is, consequently, in a time of constant change. As such, it is highly likely that the Talent Matching Associates responsibilities will grow, shift, or evolve frequently. Also, due to WorkMongers small team, there will be times when miscellaneous work needs to be accomplished and is assigned to the Talent Matching Associate despite falling outside of his/her core duties. WorkMonger team members are encouraged to be flexible and responsive to all changes in of duties.
Key Elements of Role:

- may be structured as a full-time role or as a part-time role
