Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Highly organised with a methodical approach
- Solution oriented
- Authoritative gravitas in solution selling positions
- Desire for self-improvement
- Significant experience of selling a technical or resource driven solution
- Experience with lead generation and digital marketing cold calling
- Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as HubSpot, SalesForce PipeDrive or Monday.com
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers from day one, and set meetings with Account Managers (target of 50 calls per day)
- Target prospective clients with email, calls, text messages, or mail methods
- Be persistent with leads to increase acceptance rates
- Identify new business opportunities through direct relationship building and within current customer base
- Manage the overall sales pipeline to ensure proactive follow-up with all opportunities successfully progressed in a rigorous way
- Use insight gained through networking, sales, and customer relationship management to input into the development of marketing messaging/campaigns and new product development
