Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build rapport and relationships with students to encourage and motivate students
- Develop appropriate lesson plans and goal setting
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring session
- Assist with homework and projects, and review work with the student to ensure advanced comprehension of school materials and prepare the student for any upcoming teaching content, tests, or quizzes
- Track and analyze student progress, complete progress reports, and communicate with Tutoring Coordinator about student progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and established high-level proficiency in subject matter
- 2+ years’ teaching experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with American middle and high school curricula
- Passionate about education and cultural diversity
- Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Pass a background check and eligible to work in the US
