Client visits and presentations may be required depending on the situation and location.
Consistently advising candidates where necessary during the job process.
Searching CVs for positions, and uploading CV references online
Interviewing, profiling and screening candidates strategically and accurately
In every CV submission, obtaining relevant paperwork required and supporting documents as the standard minimum requirement of the company, in the specifically prescribed way.
Uploading detailed information of relevant records and maintenance thereof.
Arranging interviews, confirmation thereof, submission of interview information, and prepping candidates accordingly.
Market research, getting referrals.
Professional interaction and communication with candidates at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Matric or GCSE Certificate
Minimum 3- 5 yrs relevant recruitment experience
Must have own laptop, internet access and smartphone

Excellent Oral and written English language skills
Computer literate
