The overall objective for the Global Recruiter is to identify and attract remarkable talent for CBT´s clients across Europe. It’s a great opportunity for those seeking experience in recruitment, and HR in general, all while working for recruitment fees in an international and multicultural environment.
Your Role As A Remote Recruiter:
- Screening CVs
- Sourcing and recruiting ICT, BPO, Engineering, or Telecom profiles
- Submitting and following through the placement of candidates
Requirements for the Remote Recruiter Position:
Will be seen as a plus:
- Experience in Recruitment Sourcing
- Previous experience in either Engineering, ICT or BPO recruitment
- Knowledge in another language
