Hadley Designs, is a leading online stationery and party supply retail company, is seeking a remote project manager to help us get everything organized into an online project management software and then manage each of our projects.

The salary is commensurate based on ability and could become a full-time role in the future for the right candidate.

  • Develop a project timeline for every project. Coordinate with CEO to develop the project launch cycle and monitor progress and develop corrective actions where needed.
  • Develop and maintain a master schedule of deliverables that is sent to the CEO on a weekly basis.
  • Work cross functionally with project teams to develop programs for implementation to meet the desired results of the CEO & CCO. Including timeline, budget, expected results and success measurements. Monitor and manage all tasks necessary for the project.
  • Close each project to gather and resolve issues from each project learned through follow-up calls and feedback to ensure learnings are captured and included in future projects. Assign team members to update SOP’s based on lessons learned.
  • Maintain & organize all shared Project documents for greater efficiency.
  • Create project risk management plans.
  • See that >95% of all projects are completed on time.
  • See that >95% of all projects are completed with no errors.
  • Work with each team member to ensure all SOP’s are complete to support future growth needs for training and execution.
  • Prioritize and manage resources to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
  • Lead resource management, ensuring each team member has a manageable workload.
  • Act as the point person for problem resolution for multiple projects.
  • Must be available to take emergency calls after standard business work hours and on weekends.
  • Create complete definition for each project and clearly define the CEO’s expectations to the support team at the division.
  • Ensure appropriate project staffing levels. Inform CEO when additional team members are needed and the specific tasks that need to be accomplished by that person.
  • Create project reports and effectively deliver presentations for each weekly meeting.
