Duties and Responsibilities: The Validator is responsible for verifying that each TSR pledge is an actual pledge, verifying that all contact information is accurate and complete. Attempt to up-sell all non-credit card pledges to a credit card, rejects or re-sells soft pledges, and documents reasons for rejected pledges. The Validator will confirm the following information on each pledge:
- Confirm the amount of the pledge.
- Confirm that the Pledge can return the gift in 5-7 days from receipt of pledge letter.
- Confirm the credit card data or attempt to resell the credit card fulfillment option.
- Confirm the Pledge’s name and address.
- Confirms email address or attempts to obtain an email address.
- Re-sell soft pledges and document reasons for rejected pledges.
- Validator goals are:
- 100% accuracy in data collection and verification.
- Collect email addresses of 30% of pledges.
- Convert 10% of pledges not committing to credit cards to credit cards.
- Maintain a minimum quality score of 4.0.
