About the Role
Dental insurance billing specialists are expert dental consultants who know the ins and outs of major practice management softwares as well as what insurance companies need to get claims paid. Take your dental administration expertise to the next level by working from your home office! We will provide you with the technology so that you can focus on sending claims, posting payments, and following up on insurance accounts receivables.
What You’ll Do
- Send dental insurance claims and post insurance payments according to guidelines
- Follow up on insurance aging accounts receivables
- Ensure 24 hour turnaround on all work
What We Look For
- At least 5 years of dental administration experience, with full and direct experience overseeing insurance claims processing
- Proficiency in one or more dental practice management softwares including Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Other
- Very tech savvy and tech oriented – able to pick up new technology quickly with training
- Self-motivated and effective time management skills for setting own schedule in a remote environment
- Proven ability to execute in a high growth, fast changing environment
- Strong sense of ownership; driving initiatives from inception to completion
- Extremely strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to collaborate with other functional leaders and executives

Salary: $500.00 to $8,000.00 /month
