Zinda Law Group, an elite plaintiff’s law firm, is looking for a Remote Contract Recruiter. This is a 3-4 month contract starting in April.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with candidates, including initial screening, video interviews, in-person interviews, and coordinating / scheduling follow up interviews for management;
- Identify talent through passive and active sources including postings, social networking, internet research, and direct recruiting;
- Post jobs openings on job boards
- Maintain applicant tracking system
- Inform candidates on what to expect throughout the entirety of the interview process (including interview path feedback and timing);
- Screen applicants;
- Conduct reference checks;
- Help manage and update the recruiting budget;
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team with whatever is necessary to drive recruiting efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience;
- Recruiting attorneys is a plus;
- Law firm experience is a plus;
- Results driven;
- Interviewing skills;
- Comfortable proactively reaching out to potential candidates;
- Emotionally intelligent;
- Ability to take initiative and work independently;
- Strong written and verbal skills;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
