THE ROLE – Auction Project Manager (Luxury Real Estate)
We are seeking highly motivated sales driven, energetic and organized individuals with strong relationship building, sales and negotiation skills to sell the luxury real estate auction process and manage all on-site property inquiries.
· First point of contact in handling property buyer inquiries
· Diligent at communication to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact
through in person contact to qualified buyer via texts, emails and telephone calls
· Coordination of auction activities; provide excellent service with prompt response times
· Taking an entrepreneurial proactive approach to your own day and performance
· Extensive travel required to live at auction property city location for 5 weeks
· Real Estate license preferred but not required – must be willing to obtain

THE SKILLS – What We’re Looking For:
If these describe you, we want to talk:
· Minimum of 4-6 years of sales experience preferred; real estate industry a plus
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and customer service skills
· Aptitude to learn new processes in a fast-paced environment
· Strong negotiating skills
· Responsible for compliance to all operational procedures related to the auction sales process
· Must be able to travel for work, approximately 90% travel required
· Ability to work without supervision and produce results; working well with all types of people
