We are looking for the following skill: 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 (𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐮)

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞

Reporting to the Branch Manager Maseru, the Relationship will attract, acquire and retain clients by selling Letshego products to generate new business and to provide after sales service to clients to ensure client retention.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

Diploma in Commercial areas.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

Minimum 2 years’ experience as Sales Agent/Representative.

𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

• Excellent knowledge of loan application processes, eco-system and systems.

• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build business professional relationships.

• Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in Sales.

• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.

𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬 /𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• To sell the company products and services, as assigned to you.

• To receive and process loan applications from walk in clients and all clients.

• To act as a liaison between the customer and The Company, providing excellent customer service to the customer at all times.

• To assist the customer with completion of relevant Company documentation and collation of necessary supporting documents.

• To achieve or exceed the minimum monthly targets.

• To support the Company in some of its marketing activations and public outreach activities meant to create awareness about products and services as may be required from time to time.

• To refer new employer schemes business to the Company where such opportunities have been identified in furtherance of common objectives between you and the Company.
