Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Required Competencies:
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Programming and planning skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Valid driver’s licence
- Medically fit
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a reinforced earth supervisor on major projects
