What you can expect
The successful candidates will be required to provide Technical Training and Demonstrations to customers whilst providing customer service and support. Core responsibilities will include the following:
- Product demonstrations and installations on site
- Ensure that required training is provided according to standard
- Solve practical and technical problems in the market
- Attend to customer queries, grievances and objections
- Ensuring return of demo goods
- Ensuring that company processes and policies are adhered to
- Keeping abreast of competitive offers and opposition products in the Glasurit Shops
- Assist with Ad-Hoc duties when required
- Identify and implement possible improvements to business processes to achieve higher customer satisfaction
- Adhere to and comply with all EHS Standards and Policies
- Liaise with ABS to sell, implement and drive ABS Solutions and Initiatives
- Monitor customer purchase behaviour and check ratios between paint & PRP.
- Upload and maintain reports and feedback on CRM / GPS
- Ensure full implementation and management of Profit Manager Pro System
- 5 Body Shop Checklist, create Action plan and implementation thereof
- Liaise with & assist Senior Technical Consultant in the day to day business as & when required
What we expect
- Ideally the successful candidate should possess a qualification in Spray Painting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good market knowledge of the industry would be beneficial
- Extensive knowledge of the latest refinish technology, understanding and recognition of the technical requirements
- A valid driver’s license is essential for this role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Basic Computer Skills are essential
