Receptionist – Clearwater – 1-year contract
Position Purpose
Reporting to the Customer Contact Supervisor / Team Lead, the successful applicant will provide a support service for clients in the area.
Responsibilities
- To ensure that the reception & switchboard duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Overnight bags, handling of post, etc. to be dealt with accordingly
- Responsible for the distribution of THAN books, stationary etc
- Maintain the Visitors register.
- General administration and client account reconciliations (query resolution process)
- Accurate filing of client documentation
- Conducting Online Visits and providing feedback to the relevant clients and staff (if applicable)
- Processing of THAA’S & TCRF’s (if applicable), as well as THAN documents on SAP.
- Electronic System Support to local client base
- To participate in team Projects
- General office administration and adhoc task as requested by Management.

Experience: 2 years general office / administration / accounts / reconciliation experience
