Job Description


Receptionist – Clearwater – 1-year contract


Position Purpose

Reporting to the Customer Contact Supervisor / Team Lead, the successful applicant will provide a support service for clients in the area.


Responsibilities

  • To ensure that the reception & switchboard duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Overnight bags, handling of post, etc. to be dealt with accordingly
  • Responsible for the distribution of THAN books, stationary etc
  • Maintain the Visitors register.
  • General administration and client account reconciliations (query resolution process)
  • Accurate filing of client documentation
  • Conducting Online Visits and providing feedback to the relevant clients and staff (if applicable)
  • Processing of THAA’S & TCRF’s (if applicable), as well as THAN documents on SAP.
  • Electronic System Support to local client base
  • To participate in team Projects
  • General office administration and adhoc task as requested by Management.

Qualifications
: Matric


Experience:
2 years general office / administration / accounts / reconciliation experience

  • Siebel
