Job Description & Purpose
The Recovery Operator Assistant will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the operation of the final recovery plant in a safe, secure, efficient, and productive manner.
- Ensuring proper concentrate sizing, X-Ray, and drying unit processes.
- Communicating effectively with operations and maintenance teams via two-way radios to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a diamond processing plant operational environment.
- COSC certificate or equivalent qualification.
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of final recovery plant processes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
