About the webinar:

Trust Consultancy & Development is pleased to invite you to a webinar exploring the pros and cons of recording interviews in third-party monitoring (TPM) contexts.

This session will provide humanitarian professionals, M&E officers, and researchers with a balanced view of when and why to record — or not record — qualitative interviews such as KIIs and FGDs. We’ll reflect on how recording can improve data quality and transparency, but also examine the risks and sensitivities involved, particularly in fragile and high-risk settings.

Date: September 2nd, 2025
Time: 16:00 TRT
Duration: 1 hour
Location: Online

Speakers are:
Alice Serra, Officer at Trust Consultancy & Development
Youssef Almustafa – Founder and Advisor of Trust Consultancy & Development

✔️ Be able to weigh advantages and disadvantages based on context
✔️ Gain practical recommendations and ethical guidance for TPM settings
