TIB Insurance Brokers is seeking a Receptionist / Operations Assistant to join our Shared Services team.
This is a junior operations position responsible for managing our reception and providing day-to-day administrative and operational support across the business.
The role is suited to an organised, professional and service-oriented individual who enjoys working with people, takes pride in getting things done properly, and is interested in developing broader business administration and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and provide a professional first point of contact for clients, visitors and service providers.
- Receive, direct and manage telephone calls, emails, visitors, deliveries and other communications.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Shared Services team and other departments.
- Assist with office supplies, inventory, procurement and relationships with service providers.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, internal activities and general office requirements.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, documentation and filing.
- Assist with routine operational tasks, reports and follow-ups.
- Ensure matters allocated to the position are followed through and completed within required timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Office Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative, reception or client-service role.
- Strong written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Advantageous
- Previous experience in office administration, operations or a professional services environment.
- Experience dealing directly with clients, suppliers or service providers.
