Description: Responsible for primary reception services; general staff support; and specific administrative support for site operations.).This initiative is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), as part of the Lesotho Local Partner Technical Assistance Project managed by FHI 360 Capacity Development and Support (CDS) program.
Requirements: Diploma or Grade 12/Standard, Secretary /administration or call centre qualifications; excellent computer literacy skills; Ability to represent FHI 360 to donors, government officials and the NGO community; Proficiency in written and spoken English and other Lesotho languages; Ability to manage work independently, set realistic priorities, and plan for the successful implementation of activities.
