1. Position: Receptionist
As our Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
– Managing appointments and ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
– Handling phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
– Providing information about our wellness services to clients.
– Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
– Certificate in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies or relevant qualifications.
Key competencies:
– Financial management
– Book keeping
– Customer service skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft office suit
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
– Customer-focused attitude with a passion for wellness.
– Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus.
– Familiarity with wellness services is a bonus.
2. Position: Yoga and Meditation Trainer
Are you passionate about promoting physical and mental wellness through the ancient practices of yoga and meditation?
Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct group and one-on-one yoga and meditation sessions.
– Develop and customize yoga and meditation programs to meet the unique needs of our clients.
– Provide guidance on breathing techniques and mindfulness practices.
– Monitor and assess clients’ progress and make adjustments to their wellness plans as needed.
– Educate clients on the benefits of yoga and meditation for physical and mental health.
– Maintain a clean and safe studio space for sessions.
Qualifications:
– Certified Yoga Instructor
– Profound knowledge of various yoga styles and meditation techniques.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– A genuine passion for promoting well-being and stress reduction.
– Ability to adapt to clients’ diverse needs and skill levels.
3. Position: Massage Therapist
Responsibilities:
– Provide customized massage therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of clients.
– Assess clients’ medical history and specific issues to develop -personalized treatment plans.
– Perform various massage techniques
– Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
– Educate clients on the benefits of massage and recommend follow-up sessions.
– Ensure a clean and hygienic massage therapy environment.
– Collaborate with other wellness professionals within Therapy Hub Inc. to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements:
– Valid certification as a Massage Therapist.
– CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong knowledge of anatomy and massage techniques.
– Ability to adapt massage techniques to different client needs.
– Professionalism and a passion for promoting wellness.
