Responsibilities
- Welcoming and directing clients.
- Checking appointments and helping with bookings.
- Answering calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Assisting with product sales and stock checks.
- Assisting with client follow-ups and general customer service.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Keeping the reception area neat and organised.
