Radiographer
St. James Mission Hospital invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Radiographer. We are seeking a dedicated, competent, and professional individual to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general radiographic examinations in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
- Prepare and position patients correctly to obtain high‑quality diagnostic images
- Ensure proper operation and routine care of radiographic equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
- Adhere strictly to radiation protection and infection prevention policies
- Provide compassionate patient care while maintaining patient confidentiality
- Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound scans, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular imaging

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Radiography from a recognised institution
- Valid registration with the Lesotho Medical, Dental & Pharmacy Council
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant working experience
- Sound knowledge of radiation safety standards and procedures
