RADIO PRESENTERS/PRODUCERS (X6)
Mohale FM is looking for dynamic and passionate Radio Presenters to join our vibrant team. If you have a strong voice, creative flair, and the ability to connect with our diverse audience, this is your chance to shine on air!

Key Responsibilities
• Host and present live or pre-recorded radio shows in an engaging and professional manner.
• Research content, prepare scripts or talking points, and ensure shows are well-structured.
• Conduct interviews with guests and facilitate interactive listener engagement.
• Operate studio equipment and manage music playlists, adverts, and sound levels.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop innovative and appealing content.
• Represent the station at outside broadcasts, events, and promotional activities.
• Uphold station values, policies, and broadcasting standards at all times.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in radio presenting, podcasting, or voice-over work is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English and Sesotho (spoken and written).
• Confident, creative, and able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Familiarity with broadcasting equipment and digital editing tools is an asset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
