REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS- RFQ 2024/25
The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Covering and Partitioning of 5th floor at Election House. The documents (drawing and bills of quantities) will be provided on site inspection.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Indicate the Lead time on the quotation.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
➢ Site inspection will be conducted on Friday, 14th February 2025 at 10.00 am at Election House Maseru West.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Payment will be processed after provision of service.
The quotations should be emailed to [email protected] Cc [email protected] or submitted in Procurement unit 2nd Floor Election House Corner Maluti and Caledon Road Maseru West in a sealed envelopes on or before Tuesday 18th February 2025. Envelopes should clearly be marked “ Partitioning of Election House”
