The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) invites quotations from suitably qualified interested Companies for Cleaning services at Leribe District Office, at Tjako Nkhahle Building near Bird Heaven Guest House.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
➢ The price should be VAT inclusive for suppliers who qualify to collect VAT (attach VAT registration certificate).
➢ Attach valid and relevant Traders License/Business Identity Card.
➢ Attach valid copy of Tax Clearance.
➢ The specifications should be written in full on the quotation.
➢ Provide the IBR number.
➢ Quotation should be on the letter head or bear the company’s stamp.
➢ Price should be quoted in Maloti currency.
➢ Quotation should state lead time.
➢ Site inspection will be conducted on Tuesday 25th February 2025 at 10:00am, at IEC District Office Leribe, at Tjako Building near Bird Heaven Guest House.
NB:
• IEC is not bound to lowest price.
• Payment will be processed after provision of service.
