INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATIONS FOR BUILDING MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR SERVICES
UNFPA is inviting experienced and qualified contractors to submit sealed quotations for the provision of comprehensive building maintenance services in Maseru (Hills View).
1. SCOPE OF WORK
The contractor shall be engaged to execute general building maintenance, which will primarily include, but not be limited to, the following key trades:
• Plumbing Works: Completion of all necessary plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation tasks.
• Concrete Work: Execution of minor concrete repairs, patching, and structural maintenance work.
• Minor Carpentry Works: Undertaking small-scale carpentry repairs and installations.
The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to complete the assigned works to a high standard.
2. MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION
A mandatory site inspection will be held to allow prospective contractors to fully understand the scope of work and accurately prepare their quotation.

Contractors failing to attend the mandatory site inspection will be disqualified from submitting a quotation.
3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested contractors must provide a comprehensive quotation detailing:
• A clear breakdown of costs for the anticipated scope of work.
• Proof of valid business registration and relevant trade certifications.
• A minimum of 2 references (Contacts) from similar maintenance contracts executed within the last year.
