Key Role Purpose:

To add to Quality department management resource for the future by acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge in the time allocated .

Profile:

  • The Quality traineeship is designed to skill trainees in order to add to ABInbev’s management resources for the future.
  • At the end of the traineeship, candidate is able to manage Quality Assurance throughout the ABInbev value chain  within any of our manufacturing facilities. 
  • To acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in the time allocated.         
  •  Accept responsibility for training and development, with the support of the Quality Manager to ensure that the programme is effectively carried out         
  • A Quality program map and competence guide is there to help ensure all the important requirements to prepare for the trainee checkout.     

Education:

  • Degree or Diploma in Microbiology/Food Science or Biochemistry or any other related field in Science
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Punctual and meets deadlines
