Key Role Purpose:
To add to Quality department management resource for the future by acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge in the time allocated .
Profile:
- The Quality traineeship is designed to skill trainees in order to add to ABInbev’s management resources for the future.
- At the end of the traineeship, candidate is able to manage Quality Assurance throughout the ABInbev value chain within any of our manufacturing facilities.
- To acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in the time allocated.
- Accept responsibility for training and development, with the support of the Quality Manager to ensure that the programme is effectively carried out
- A Quality program map and competence guide is there to help ensure all the important requirements to prepare for the trainee checkout.
Education:
- Degree or Diploma in Microbiology/Food Science or Biochemistry or any other related field in Science
- Eagerness to learn
- Punctual and meets deadlines
