Quality Improvement Officer
Job Summary:
he Incumbent shall be responsible for ensuring that clinical processes are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations. Develops, performs, and manages quality assurance activities. She/he she must continually collaborate with other managers to ensure that problems that affect quality of services are identified, documented and resolved.
Qualifications and experience:
The Incumbent must hold a diploma / Degree in Quality Improvement / must have a minimum of two years’ experience as a Quality Improvement Officer and must be a Registered Nurse.
