Quality Control and Health & Safety Officer
Morama Holdings is seeking a qualified Quality Control and Health & Safety Officer to support the Quality Department by ensuring effective quality control, health & safety compliance, and administrative support across operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine quality checks, inspections, and basic testing on materials and products.
- Support implementation and adherence to GACP and Health & Safety standards.
- Assist with investigations of non-conformances, deviations, and incidents.
- Support Health & Safety compliance through workplace inspections, incident reporting, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate Quality and Health & Safety records and reports.
- Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness activities.
- Capture, analyse, and report data.
- Provide strong operations administrative support.
Skills
- Strong administrative and documentation skills.
- Numerically literate and comfortable working with data.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word).
Qualifications and Experience
- Health and Safety Diploma.
- Minimum 3 years in a Health and Safety role.
- Fluent in Sesotho and English.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Remuneration
Market related.
