Job Summary
The institution is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure quality in training delivery and compliance with TVET standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor training, assessments, and learner records
- Conduct internal audits and moderate assessments
- Maintain QA records for accreditation and audits
- Report to management and relevant regulators
Requirements
- Degree in Risk Management, Quality Management, Education, or a related field
- Knowledge of TVET policy and the NQF framework
- Minimum of one (1) year QA/compliance experience preferred
- Strong report writing and Microsoft Office skills
