Vishan Clothing Industries (Pty) Ltd. is a leading garment manufacturing company based in the Maputsoe Industrial Estate, Leribe, Lesotho. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated professional to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality Assurance Department to ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality management systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections to reduce defects and improve product quality.
- Analyze quality performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate customer audits and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
- Train and mentor quality personnel on quality standards and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in quality assurance within the garment manufacturing industry, with at least two (2) years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, AQL standards, quality systems, and customer compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
