โข Ensuring the quality of product being produced is of the required standard
โข Overseeing processes and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards at all stages of production
โข Performing quality related investigations and root cause analysis
โข Managing the Morama Holdings Quality Management System by managing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of records related to production and quality control
โข Creation and Review of SOPs protocols and other process related documents like batch manufacturing records
โข Reviewing, validating and reporting the batch manufacturing records to Morama Holdings Management
โข Overseeing internal and external audit preparations and ensuring the company is always audit ready
โข Releasing products that meet specifi cations and rejecting product where necessary
โข Coordinating and promptly performing any recall operations for medicinal products if necessary
โข Overseeing quality control measures throughout the whole production process
๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
โข Educational Background: Bachelorโs degree in Quality Assurance or related fi eld with 5 years working experience minimum.
โข Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GACP standards and all relevant legal requirements
โข Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
โข Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team eff ectively
โข Health & Safety: Knowledge of health and safety best practices
