Limkokwing University of Creative Technology is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality assurance systems within both academic and administrative units. The role ensures compliance with Council on Higher Education (CHE) standards and promotes continuous improvement through data-driven evaluations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining QA frameworks, policies, and tools aligned with CHE standards and institutional objectives.
- Support accreditation processes, audits, and programme reviews.
- Analyse quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements across academic and administrative areas.
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including Self-Study Reports and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide training and guidance on QA standards and best practices.
- Work with academic units to ensure QA integration across all programme areas.
- Support implementation of corrective actions and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in relevant academic committees.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate qualification in Higher Education, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) within higher education or a similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of CHE standards and accreditation processes.
- Proven experience in audits, institutional reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.
- Ability to ensure compliance and contribute to continuous improvement.

- Proof of fully settled NMDS sponsorship loan, OR
- Official documentation confirming the applicant was not sponsored by NMDS, OR
- A signed undertaking authorising the University to deduct monthly loan repayments if selected.
