We are inviting applications for the role of QPA Developer – Senior Process Associate – English




In this role, you’ll manage all the activities related to Process automation & analytics:


    Design, develop, and maintain Process automation and associated components using Python, Excel VBA and the Microsoft Power Automate platform.


    Preform assessments

    Evaluate process automation requirements and design Automation solutions for the business operations delivering exponential efficiency and effectiveness.


    Lead comprehensive testing and debugging efforts for each solution


    Have sound understanding of Analysis, Coding and Unit testing. Support, debug, and correct any issues with already existing solutions


    Building dashboards, perform analytics & reporting

    Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all solutions



Minimum qualifications


    Graduate preferably technology


    Relevant work experience in process automation developer using Python, Excel, and Microsoft platform



    Ability to write semantically sound, maintainable, and extensible Python code in building solutions.


    Understanding of the architecture and experienced in the use of Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps platform and Excel VBA (Macro)


    Experience working in teams using Agile methodologies.


    Thorough understanding of Restful Architecture and use of/integration with APIs.


    Experience with various methods of version control.


    Experience in Database- SQL Server/PL-SQL, SQL query and Database structure.


    Experience in building automation solutions for clients/customers


    Experienced and comfortable working with virtual teams.


    Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.


    Strong client-facing and interviewing skills to gather and document requirements.


    Ability to create documentation for knowledge retention and cross training.


    Solid communication skills and strong customer service orientation.


    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
