You should have
As a QA Lead, you should be able to work independently with little supervision and you should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. If you also have hands-on experience in software testing and agile methodologies, we’d like to meet you. As you’ll be on the frontlines of getting the feature delivered to customers, you are expected to provide input while you test features in the case that there are better solutions, or other considerations that you believe are important and may have not been explicitly asked of you. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as one of the key Quality Contacts to resolve complex issues
- Assist in the coordination of Acceptance Testing
- Plan the automation roadmap
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings with QA engineers and also assist them on any technical issues
- Manage and provide effective reporting to ensure that the QA KPIs and goals are met
- Lead and support QA Engineers where needed
Requirements
- Familiar with API Testing, Functional Test Automation, Performance Testing
- At least 5 years of experience in SCRUM based Agile Methodologies
- Experience managing a team
- Experience in automated testing tools for web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools a major plus
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently
