Position: Public Relationship Officer
5 years Performance Based Contract
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Journalism and Communication with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- 2 years of driving experience for both manual and Auto Transmissions
Key tasks and Responsibilities; - Build positive relationships with stakeholders, media, and the public
- Prepare press releases, keynote speeches, and promotional material in conformity with the brand manual of the fund
- Manages all PR related projects of the Fund
- Collaborate with all stakeholders ; promote and maintain open communications channels, in line with funds communications strategy
- Organize PR events and serve as the organization’s spokesperson and communication-wide advisor and supporter
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and enhance the Fund’s public visibility
- Adress inquiries from the media and other parties
- Follow industry trends and market dynamics, and proffer appropriate proactive communications approaches about them
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of the Fund’s communication efforts, and provide feedback to management with recommendations on appropriate redress measures
- Maintain, update information an engage with users on the fund’s website and other social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook etc.
