PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE
The Lesotho Communications Authority informs the public that it has received an application for renewal of Community Sound Broadcasting Licence from Moeling Multi-Media Association operating as Moeling FM in Butha-Buthe.
The licence authorizes Moeling FM to operate community sound broadcasting system and provide sound broadcasting services in Butha-Buthe. The duration of the licence, upon renewal, will be fifteen (15) years, from date of issuance of the licence.
Acting in terms of Section 4 (j) of the Communications Act No. 4 of 2012 read with rule 3 (8) of the Lesotho Communications Authority (Administrative) Rules No. 77 of 2016, the Authority hereby invites comments from the general public and industry stakeholders in respect of the application for licence renewal by Moeling FM.
