About The Role:

As part of our customer service team, you’ll interact with home services customers across the United States – all from the comfort of your own home. Slingshot CS agents act as ambassadors for the brands we represent – answering questions, providing solutions, and delivering world-class service experiences that turn customers into raving fans.

Requirements

• Provide the best darn customer service this side of the Mississippi, and maybe the other side too…
• Work from the comfort of your own home
• Schedule services
• Sales
• Inbound customer service calls, resolving issues with precision and excellence
• Account Retention
• Credit card disputes, collecting payments, updating payment method
• Learn from a top notch Customer Service team, dedicated to helping you grow and reach your personal goals

• Minimum 1 year of continuous Call Center or Customer Service experience. *Required*
• A knack for speaking with people who have diverse backgrounds, and different world views
• Awesome verbal and written communication skills
• A meticulous attention to detail
• An upbeat and eager attitude; ready to get your boots dirty at a fast pace startup environment
• A habit of meeting or exceeding goals
• Passion for being better tomorrow, than you were today

• Part time – 6am-12pm or 2pm-8pm
  • part time work week consists of
    • 4 weekdays, 1 weekend day
    • 4 hour shifts including one 15 minute break

• Full Time – 5am – 4pm or 12pm – 8pm
  • full time (benefit eligible) work week consists of
    • 4 weekdays, 1 weekend day
    • 7.5 hour shifts including an hour lunch and two 15 minute break

A private room that NO one else will need to be in or use during your scheduled shift

Your residence must be able to have low noise levels during your scheduled shift

Cannot have other distractions or obligations (e.g. childcare responsibilities, etc.)

OK if TV and/or music is on in the background as long as it’s not too loud

Pants not required
