Psychiatric Nurse
Mamohau Hospital is a Roman Catholic institution based in the Malibamatso catchment area. Psychiatric Nurse
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
The primary responsibility of a Psychiatric Nurse is to manage the care of the mental health cases, in compliance with the national protocols and guidelines, at all times; shall provide support to people suffering from various mental health conditions. The work involves helping the patients to recover from their illness, to come to terms with children or older people with other special conditions which shall require a holistic care. The incumbent shall also work with patients in a variety of sittings.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
• Diploma in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing
• At least two years of experience and must be registered with Lesotho Nursing Council.
