INVITATION TO TENDER

Tenders are invited from interested and suitably qualified companies and suppliers for the Provision of Toners and Cartridges at the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
Tender Documents
Tender documents will be available from the Procurement Office, 6th Floor, Post Office Building, during office hours starting 9th June 2025.
Submission Details
• Sealed bids must be clearly marked: “Provision of Toners and Cartridges at Ministry of Environment and Forestry”
• Submit one original and four (4) copies
• Submissions must be made on or before 09:30 AM on 14th July 2025 at the 7th Floor, Ministry of Environment and Forestry Board Room entrance
Tender Opening
Tenders will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM, in the Ministry’s Boardroom, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Contract Duration
A three-year Framework Contract or Agreement will be used.

• The Ministry of Environment and Forestry does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender, nor is it obliged to assign reasons for acceptance or rejection of any tender
