The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) wishes to engage a competent and experienced consultant to provide technical expertise and advice as well as to support the LHDA on its organisational structural realignment process. The LHDA (the implementing Authority of the LHWP) therefore intends to procure the following Professional Services:
