Provision of Security Services for Three Financial Years (2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028)
The Ministry of Public Service invites tenders from suitably registered security firms for the provision of armed security services at its Headquarters and LIPAM premises for a period of three financial years.
Requirements
- Proven means of communication (e.g., two-way radios and cellphones for guards)
- All personnel must be fully armed with licensed firearms
- At least one vehicle for emergency response
- Attach Police (LIMPS) certified copies of valid firearm licenses
- Security personnel must wear uniforms at all times
- The firm must accept full responsibility for theft or damage due to negligence
- Provide proof of insurance covering employees
- Minimum of three years’ experience in operation
- At least three reference letters from recent clients
- Certificate of attendance (completed)
- Personnel must be able to read, write, and speak Sesotho and English
- Proof of payment for the tender document

- Certified VAT Registration Certificate
- Certified Two-way Radio Licence from Lesotho Communications Authority

Additional Notes
- Only legally registered bidders who comply with tax obligations will be considered
