STANDARD INVITATION TO BIDDERS
Provision of Non-Consultancy Services

1. Background
The Lesotho PostBank (LPB) has funds to be used for the acquisition of Non-Consultancy Services for:
- Security Services across all LPB branches, agencies, and ATMs across the country.
- Debt Collection Services.
2. Invitation to Bidders
The Entity invites separate sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above non-consultancy services.
3. Bidding Method
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open National Competitive Bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement Act and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Inspection of Bidding Documents
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at: 2nd Floor, Mafike House, Kingsway Road, Maseru during the following hours: 09:30 Hrs – 16:00 Hrs
5. Availability of Bidding Documents
The Bidding Documents may be obtained free of charge from the Lesotho PostBank website or by submitting a written request for the bid document, bearing the relevant reference number in the subject line, to:

6. Submission and Opening of Bids
Bids must be delivered to the physical address given above on or before: 12:00 Noon, 16th October 2026
Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at:
12:15 Hrs on 16th October 2026
7. Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit
There shall be a pre-bid meeting/site visit at LPB offices at Mafike House, Maseru, on the date indicated in the proposed schedule in this notice.
