MINISTRY OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND TOURISM INVITATION TO TENDER
- INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this tender is to provide the security services for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Business Development and Tourism at Lesotho Cooperatives College (LCC). The Ministry of Trade and Industry, Business Development and Tourism hereby invites tenders from eligible and qualified bidders for the provision of Security Services at Lesotho Cooperatives College (LCC). Bidding will be governed by the Public Procurement Act, 2023 and Public Procurement Regulations 2007 (as amended).
- SPECIFICATIONS
Three (3) Guards during the day with two way radio/ cell phone, one (1) with firearm.
Four (4) Guards during the night with two way radio/ cell phone, two (2) with firearms.
- INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS
3.1 SUBMISSION
3.1.1 All tenderers must deposit their original tender documents together with three (3) copies in a tender box situated at the foyer, Lesotho Cooperatives College.
3.1.2 Tenders must be in sealed envelopes bearing no identification of the tenderers and must be clearly marked “Provision of Security Services” and should be addressed to The Secretary to the Tender Panel, Department of Business Development and Tourism. All tenders must be received on or before 8th September 2023 at or before 14.00 pm. Please note that late tenders will not be accepted
3.2 PUBLIC OPENING OF TENDERS
Tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may choose to attend the proceedings at 14.30 pm on the 8th September 2023 at the Lesotho Cooperatives College Boardroom.
