INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Small Business Development, Cooperatives and Marketing hereby invites tenders from eligible and qualified tenderers for the provision of Security Services at the following locations stated below. Bidding will be governed by the “Public Procurement Regulations 2007” (as amended).

INSTRUCTION TO TENDERERS
SITE INSPECTION
A compulsory Site visit will be conducted on the May 04, 2021. All interested parties are expected to assemble at 10:00 a.m. at the Ministry of Small Business Development, Cooperatives & Marketing (Mpilo Bou que Hotel) Head Quarters. Failure to a end the site inspection will invalidate your proposal.
SUBMISSION
Tenders must be in sealed envelopes bearing no identification of tenderers and must be clearly marked “Security Services” and should be addressed to The Secretary to the Tender Panel, Ministry of Small Business Development, Cooperatives and Marketing. All tenders must be received on or before June 09, 2021 at or before 12:00 Noon.
Please Note that LATE TENDERS OR BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
PUBLIC OPENING OF TENDERS
Tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who may choose to a end the proceedings at 14:30 hours(2:30 p.m.) June 09, 2021 at the Ministry’s Boardroom.

SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENT
Tender Package or Bid Documents and detailed specifications are obtainable at a non-refundable fee of M500.00 (Five Hundred Malo only). The fee has to be paid at the Accounts office. Documents are to be collected from the Procurement Offices.
Tender Documents will only be issued (once a Government Receipt is produced as proof of purchase of documents by the prospective tenderer or bidder) during office hours between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. from April 27, 2021 to June 02, 2021.
