INVITATION FOR BIDS
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
The Lesotho College of Education invites locally registered security companies to submit bids for “PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT MASERU AND THABA-TSEKA CAMPUSES.”
Interested companies may purchase a complete set of the Invitation for Bids (IFB) document from 5th June to 4th July 2025 during office hours from Lesotho College of Education, Maseru, at a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Maloti Only (M2,000.00), payable into the College’s bank account. Proof of payment shall be presented at the Procurement Office for collection of the bid document.

A mandatory site visit and inspection shall be held on:
• 24th June 2025 at 09:30 hrs for Maseru Campus
• 25th June 2025 at 09:30 hrs for Thaba-Tseka Campus
All prospective bidders must be in compliance with the Companies and Tax requirements of Lesotho. Bids must be accompanied by valid and certified copies of the following:
• Company Registration Certificate
• Company Extract
• Certificate of Incorporation
• Tax Clearance Certificate
Sealed bids bearing no identification of the bidder and clearly marked “PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT MASERU AND THABA-TSEKA CAMPUSES” shall be deposited in the tender box placed at the reception of the Administration Building on or before 12:00 hrs on Friday, 11th July 2025.
The Technical Bids shall be opened on the same day at 12:30 hrs in the conference room.
