PROJECT NAME: PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT ITHUSENG VOCATIONAL AND REHABILITATION CENTER (IVRC) AND MASERU DISTRICT OFFICES
Tenders are invited from suitably qualified companies for the PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT IVRC AND MASERU DISTRICT (+/-10 Security Officers) Tender documents are obtainable from Procurement Office, Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development, 1010 Building Near Pitso ground Maseru Procurement Unit at non-refundable fee on M2000.00 (Two thousand maloti).
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
All prospective tenderers must attach to the tender the following documents:
- Valid traders licence certified at source
- Valid tax clearance certified at source
- Refundable bid security of 2% of the bid price (Bank guaranteed or a letter from accredited Financial Institution endorsed with a revenue stamp)
- Power of attorney
Site inspection
- There will be a MANDATORY SITE INSPECTION on 10th January 2024
- Assembly point will be at IVRC ON 10/01/20124 AT 10:AM AND AT MASERU DISTRICT ON THE SAME DAY AT 14:00 Pm
Sealed bids, Original and four copies of bid documents clearly marked “PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT IVRC AND MASERU DISTRICT” bearing no identification of the bidder should be deposited at the tender box situated at 1010 Building before 12:00 noon.
