INVITATION OF TENDER
- Invitation to Tender: The Ministry of Health-DHMT Mafeteng invites sealed tenders from Security Service Providers for Provision of Professional Security Services in Mafeteng Seven (7) Posts Hospital for a period of Two (2) Years.
- Tender Documents: Full details of the tender are provided in the tender documents obtainable at Procurement Unit Mafeteng (DA’s Premises) upon receipt of cash payment of a non-refundable registration fee of Two thousand Maloti (M2 000.00) payable at Mafeteng Hospital Accounts Office.
- Delivery of Tenders: Tenders in plain sealed envelopes, bearing NO identification of the tenderer, and clearly marked “Tender for Provision of Security Service at Ministry of Health-DHMT Mafeteng Hospital” should be deposited in the box placed at district Procurement Unit (DA) Mafeteng.
- Mandatory Documents: Valid Trader’s License, Valid Tax, Valid copies of 2A Private Security Office Act 2002 Registration Certificate at source, Firearm Certificate certified at source, Proof of insurance covering company employees certified at source and Site Visit Certificate.
