Provision of Professional Services for Drafting Human Resource (HR) Policy
The Maseru Seventh-day Adventist Primary School (MSDAP), Registration No. 164007, invites sealed proposals from eligible bidders to draft Human Resource policies for the school. The required services are grouped into the following batches:
Batch 1: Recruitment Policy
Eligibility Criteria (Individuals Only):
- Certified copies of academic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Policy or any related field
- Detailed CV with contact details for references
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a policy designer
- Must be a Lesotho citizen
- Three reference letters from previously registered companies
Batch 2: Compensation Policy
Eligibility Criteria (Individuals or Companies):
- Certified copies of academic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Policy or any related field
- Detailed CV with contact details for references
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a policy designer
- Must be a Lesotho citizen
- Three reference letters from previously registered companies
Batch 3:
- Grievance Policy
- Disciplinary Policy
- Performance Management Policy
Eligibility Criteria (Individuals or Companies):
- Certified copies of academic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Policy or any related field
- Detailed CV with contact details for references
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a policy designer
- Must be a Lesotho citizen
- Must be willing to visit the site if required
- Three reference letters from previously registered companies
Batch 4: HIV & AIDS Policy
Eligibility Criteria (Individuals or Companies):
- Certified copies of academic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Policy or any related field
- Detailed CV with contact details for references
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a policy designer
- Must be a Lesotho citizen
- Must be willing to visit the site if required
- Three reference letters from previously registered companies
Batch 5: Health and Safety Policy
Eligibility Criteria (Individuals or Companies):
- Certified copies of academic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Policy or any related field
- Detailed CV with contact details for references
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a policy designer
- Must be a Lesotho citizen
- Must be willing to visit the site if required
- Three reference letters from previously registered companies
Submission Guidelines
Applicants may bid for one or more batches.

- Valid and certified trader’s license
- Valid and certified tax clearance
For Individuals:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Certified copies of academic certificates
