TENDER NOTICE LEC/PO-982/2020/21
The Lesotho Electricity Company (Pty) Ltd (LEC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders (Electrical Contractors/Suppliers) for the provision of necessary Goods and Works, design, labour, materials, equipment, installation, commissioning, testing, and other technical engineering services necessary for the successful completion of RELOCATION OF 132KV POWER LINE AT THABANA-MORENA IN THE MAFETENG DISTRICT.
The works involve but not limited to the following;
(a) Supply, installation and commissioning 132KV steel lattice structure or fabricated tubular steel structure.
(b) Dismantle 132KV supported structure and transporting it to Mafeteng store
Tenderers are warned that all sections must be completed and that any omissions to this form may invalidate the tender.
The tendering companies MUST attach the following document:

A complete set of bidding documents is available from Procurement Office.
Bids must be delivered to the tender box located at LEC Management Block reception on or before 14:15hrs on the 03rd September, 2020.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at 14:15hrs on the 03rd September, 2020 at LEC offices Maseru.
Site Visit: The bidder is advised that it is his responsibility to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain for himself, all information that may be necessary for preparing the tender and entering into a contract. The costs of visiting the site and obtaining the necessary information shall be borne by the bidders. There will be a pre-bid meeting that will be followed by a compulsory site visit on the 19th August 2020 at 09H00 at the LEC Office Mafeteng.
